1-Post Name : Associate Professor (Electronics/Power System/Signal Processing) /Applied Sciences (Physics)
Qualifications : Ph.D. Degree with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering, & Technology and experience of eight years in teaching, research and / or industry at the level of Lecturer or equivalent grade, excluding period spent on obtaining the research degree.
Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000/- Grade Pay Rs.9000/-
2-Post Name : Assistant Professor
Qualifications : Good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade of B in the 7 point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E & F at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign university.
Desirable: A Doctoral degree in relevant subject.
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100/- Grade Pay Rs.6000/-
Application Fee : Applications complete in all respects along with enclosures and registration fee of Rs.75/- each (Rs.37.50 for reserved posts) for posts mentioned under sections (A) above must reach the Registrar of the Institute latest by 31.05.2012 (Thursday).Separate application shall be submitted for each post.
