Post Name : Personal Assistant (On Contract Basis)
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline. Shorthand examination in English/Hindi from recognized institution.
Proficiency in using computer with MS Office, Excel, Internet Usage etc. is essential.
Desirable :- Two years experience as Steno in reputed organization.
Upper age limit : 28 yrs. (Relaxable upto 5 years for Government Servants & SC/ST and 3 years
for OBC candidates in accordance with the instructions issued by the Department of Personnel and
Training from time to time in this regard. The Upper age limit shall be determined as on 20th
September 2013.
Period of Contract : Initially for Six months.
Consolidated pay: Rs.17,838(Rupees Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Eight) per month
Important Note :
1. The contractual appointee will not be entitled to any allowances, financial benefits or
concessions as admissible to employees of BMHRC/ICMR.
2. No TA/DA is admissible for the interview.
3. The appointee will not be granted any claim or right for regular appointment to any post.
4. The appointee shall be on the whole time appointment of the institution and shall not
accept any other appointment, paid or otherwise and shall not engage himself/herself in
private practice of any kind during the period of contract.
Application Form (hard copy only ) along with copies of all documents (duly attested by a Gazetted
Officer) and accompanied with non refundable Demand Draft of Rs.500/- for General & OBC
candidates and Rs.300/- for SC/ST candidates, drawn in favour of “Bhopal Memorial Hospital &
