Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu Job Mela in Hyderabad

The Government of Andhra Pradesh is conducting mega Job Mela (Job Fair) at Hyderabad on 8th and 13th of December 2011. The Job Mela will be conducted at Government ITI campus, Masab Tank, Hyderabad. The Job Mela is part of the ongoing Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu, a scheme intended to provide employment opportunities for educated youth in the state. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced that about 3150 jobs from the categories such as security guards to marketing executives will be offered to eligible candidates in the Job Melas. Depending on the job category, educational qualifications for different posts will be from class 10 / SSC to Degree.



The official statistics are indicating that the programme is drawing good response from the youth in the state. The official website is available at ryk.cgg.gov.in . The website has crossed 15 lakh visitors. The candidates have to register for the Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu programme with relevant documents. Candidates who want to enroll for Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu should produce ration card. This is a mandatory for all the Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu applications.

Along with relevant academic and other documents for the job applied, ration card, date of birth proof and mobile number are compulsory fields to be filled during the online registration for Rajiv Yuva kiranalu. The main aim of the programme is to provide 15 lakh employment opportunities by 2015 under Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu scheme. The Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu was designed under Rajiv Gandhi Education and Employment Mission of Andhra Pradesh (REEMAP) for training for skill development, urban and rural poverty elimination and empowerment. Professor K.C. Reddy, ex-chairman of APSCHE is serving as Vice-Chairman of REEMAP.
