Jobs Details :- A Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) as a pre-requisite (pre-qualification) for recruitment of personnel for Group-“A” -Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group-“B”-Office Assistants (Multipurpose) posts in the Regional Rural Banks.
Applications are invited for the first CWE for Rural Banks Officer posts (Scale-I,II and III) and Office-Assistants, for which CWE will be conducted on 02/09/2012 for Officers and 09/09/2012 for Office-Assistant posts.
Those will be successful in the Common Written Exam (CWE) will be given a scorecard (Like CAT exam of IIM) and may apply to any of the participating rural bank when they come up with their job vacancy and then these successful candidates have quote their personal details and their CWE scores. This score card will be valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Qualifications : Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent.Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.Certified Associateship (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.Post Graduate Degree in Marketing from a recognized university One Year Treasury Manager.
Experience : Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions.
Age Limit :
For Officer Scale- III Below 40 years.
For Officer Scale- II Above 21 years – Below 32 years.
For Officer Scale- I Above 18 years – Below 28 years.
For Office Assistant Between 18 years and 28 years.
Application Fee : Fees/ Intimation Charges (Payable from 01-06-2012 to 25-06-2012 (Online payment) and 04-06-2012 to 30-06-2012 (Offline payment) both dates inclusive)
